The air conditioning barely cooled the room, leaving it uncomfortably hot. I was shocked to find that I was massively overcharged for laundry services and billed for a pickup that was supposed to be complimentary, as stated in the greeting message. This lack of transparency and honesty made my checkout experience very frustrating.

I appreciated how easy it was to stroll to popular spots like the Phong Nha Cave Tourist Center, which is less than 5 kilometers away, and enjoy great food options just a short walk from my room. the host was incredibly welcoming, even picking me up at 4 a.m. upon my arrival, making my stay feel personal and special.

What a lovely homestay! The rooms were clean and spacious, and I loved the spa treatments, especially the herbal sauna. The only downside was that the mattress produced static electricity at night. I would definitely stay again.

The owner Sy is exceptionally kind and attentive. He prepared a delicious meal and provided medicine when my girlfriend was unwell. The establishment is well-maintained and very clean, with a lovely view of the mountains that we enjoyed each morning.

The location could benefit from clearer signage for first-time visitors.

We had an awesome time! The family running the place treated us like their own. They picked us up from the bus stop and even let us have a shower after check-out. The shower was super hot, and the room was kept clean. The family meal felt like home. Just wished there were more snack options available.

We had an excellent stay at Phong Nha Magic Fingers Homestay And Spa. Sy was such a friendly host and even picked us up early in the morning! The twin room was comfortable, clean, and quiet. It's just a ten-minute walk to the main bars and restaurants, which was really convenient.
